Ingredients
  

  • 4 lb Pot Roast
  • 750 g Frozen Slow Cooker Vegetables (usually found at Metro)
  • 2 cup Beef Bouillon
  • 4 cup Water (hot)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place Pot Roast onto the trivet in InstantPot
  • Cover in remaining ingredients
  • Set the valve to Seal, ensure the Keep Warm is off, and cook on Meat/Stew for 2 hrs
  • Allow the InstantPot to release the pressure naturally
