
InstantPot Pot Roast
A quick way to make a Pot Roast. Comes out nice and tender, with lots of flavour.
Equipment
- 1 InstantPot
Ingredients
- 4 lb Pot Roast
- 750 g Frozen Slow Cooker Vegetables (usually found at Metro)
- 2 cup Beef Bouillon
- 4 cup Water (hot)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Place Pot Roast onto the trivet in InstantPot
- Cover in remaining ingredients
- Set the valve to Seal, ensure the Keep Warm is off, and cook on Meat/Stew for 2 hrs
- Allow the InstantPot to release the pressure naturally
