Equipment

  • 1 InstantPot
  • 1 Bowl (medium)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup Water
  • 250 ml Cream Cheese
  • 125 ml Diced Green Chili (1 small can)
  • 285 ml Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 340 g Egg Noodles

Instructions
 

  • Add the Chicken Breasts, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and Water to the InstantPot
  • Set the valve to Seal, and cook for 10 min on High Pressure. Add 5 min if the Chicken Breasts are frozen
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 min, then quick release the remaining pressure
  • Shred the Chicken Breasts into a bowl
  • Add the Cream Cheese to the InstantPot
  • Layer in the shredded Chicken Breasts, Egg Noodles, Diced Green Chili, Cream of Chicken Soup and Chicken Broth
  • Set the valve to Seal, and cook on High Pressure for an additional 3 min
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally, then stir and serve
