
InstantPot Creamy Ranch Chicken
A quick, tasty meal for when you have a bit of time to prep and cook. Definitely not hard to make, just requires some time
Equipment
- 1 InstantPot
- 1 Bowl (medium)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
- ½ cup Water
- 250 ml Cream Cheese
- 125 ml Diced Green Chili (1 small can)
- 285 ml Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 340 g Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Add the Chicken Breasts, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and Water to the InstantPot
- Set the valve to Seal, and cook for 10 min on High Pressure. Add 5 min if the Chicken Breasts are frozen
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 min, then quick release the remaining pressure
- Shred the Chicken Breasts into a bowl
- Add the Cream Cheese to the InstantPot
- Layer in the shredded Chicken Breasts, Egg Noodles, Diced Green Chili, Cream of Chicken Soup and Chicken Broth
- Set the valve to Seal, and cook on High Pressure for an additional 3 min
- Allow the pressure to release naturally, then stir and serve
