1 Bowl (medium)
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
- ½ cup Water
- 250 ml Cream Cheese
- 125 ml Diced Green Chili (1 small can)
- 285 ml Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 340 g Egg Noodles
Add the Chicken Breasts, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and Water to the InstantPot
Set the valve to Seal, and cook for 10 min on High Pressure. Add 5 min if the Chicken Breasts are frozen
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 min, then quick release the remaining pressure
Shred the Chicken Breasts into a bowl
Add the Cream Cheese to the InstantPot
Layer in the shredded Chicken Breasts, Egg Noodles, Diced Green Chili, Cream of Chicken Soup and Chicken Broth
Set the valve to Seal, and cook on High Pressure for an additional 3 min
Allow the pressure to release naturally, then stir and serve
