
Pork Schnitzel
A quick and easy way to make pork chops.
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan (large)
- 3 Bowl (medium)
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork Chops
- ⅓ cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 3 Egg
- 2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- In one Bowl, combine the Flour, Garlic Salt, Paprika and Pepper
- In the second Bowl, beat the Eggs
- In the third Bowl, add the Breadcrumbs
- Heat the Olive Oil in the Frypan, over medium heat
- Dredge the Pork Chops in the first, second and then third bowls
- Once all are covered, saute in the Frypan for 5 min per side, or until done
