Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan (large)
  • 3 Bowl (medium)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Pork Chops
  • cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In one Bowl, combine the Flour, Garlic Salt, Paprika and Pepper
  • In the second Bowl, beat the Eggs
  • In the third Bowl, add the Breadcrumbs
  • Heat the Olive Oil in the Frypan, over medium heat
  • Dredge the Pork Chops in the first, second and then third bowls
  • Once all are covered, saute in the Frypan for 5 min per side, or until done
