
Easy Baked Chicken Thighs
Quick easy way to make chicken thighs. A few simple ingredients, and very tasty
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (small)
- 1 Bowl (large)
- 1 Baking Sheet (13×9, lined with parchment paper)
Ingredients
- 4 lbs Chicken Thighs (about 12 bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉
- In the Small Bowl, mix the Italian Seasoning, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper
- In the Large Bowl, coat the Chicken Thighs with the Olive Oil
- Place the coated Chicken Thighs on the parchment lined baking sheet, and cover with the season
- Bake at 400℉ for 35 minutes
