Equipment

  • 1 Bowl (small)
  • 1 Bowl (large)
  • 1 Baking Sheet (13×9, lined with parchment paper)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Chicken Thighs (about 12 bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • In the Small Bowl, mix the Italian Seasoning, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper
  • In the Large Bowl, coat the Chicken Thighs with the Olive Oil
  • Place the coated Chicken Thighs on the parchment lined baking sheet, and cover with the season
  • Bake at 400℉ for 35 minutes
