- 4 lbs Chicken Thighs (about 12 bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 400℉
In the Small Bowl, mix the Italian Seasoning, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper
In the Large Bowl, coat the Chicken Thighs with the Olive Oil
Place the coated Chicken Thighs on the parchment lined baking sheet, and cover with the season
Bake at 400℉ for 35 minutes
