Equipment

  • 1 Basking Pan (greased, 9×9)
  • 1 Bowl (medium)

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Butter (melted)
  • cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa
  • tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips (split into ¼ cup and ½ cup)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350℉
  • In the Bowl, mix the melted Butter, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla until well combined
  • Whisk in the Flour, Cocoa and Salt
  • Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth
  • Mix in ¼ cup of Chocolate Chips
  • Spread the mixture into the Baking Disk
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes
  • Once out of the oven, immediate sprinkle the remaining Chocolate chips, and allow to sit for 3 minutes
  • Spread the melting chocolate chips over the brownies
