
Easy Fudge Brownies
A quick, easy, and delicious brownie recipe.The best part may even be using melted chocolate chips for the icing.
Equipment
- 1 Basking Pan (greased, 9×9)
- 1 Bowl (medium)
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Butter (melted)
- ⅔ cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Cocoa
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Chocolate Chips (split into ¼ cup and ½ cup)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350℉
- In the Bowl, mix the melted Butter, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla until well combined
- Whisk in the Flour, Cocoa and Salt
- Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth
- Mix in ¼ cup of Chocolate Chips
- Spread the mixture into the Baking Disk
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
- Once out of the oven, immediate sprinkle the remaining Chocolate chips, and allow to sit for 3 minutes
- Spread the melting chocolate chips over the brownies
