Pie Shells
(frozen)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the stock pot
Simmer uncovered for 1½hrs, stirring occasionally
Let the mixture sit overnight and remove excess fat
Scoop the mixture into 4 Pie Shells
Use remaining 4 Pie Shells as top crust,, piecing with a fork
Notes
Once the pies have been assembled, put in the freezer until you are ready to eat them.
To prepare them, cook from frozen for 1hr at 400
℉
