My first crack at making homemade ribs, and it was much tastier and easier than I thought.

- 5 lbs Pork Back Ribs
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Barbeque Sauce
Preheat the oven to 275℉
Season both sides of the Pork Back Ribs with the Salt and Pepper
Wrap the ribs in Aluminum Foil, and place on the Aluminum Foil Lined Baking Sheets, meaty side up
Cook for 2.5hrs, and ensure they are done by sticking a sharp knife in them. IF there is no resistance, they are good to go
Remove the Pork Back Ribs from the Foil, and coat all sides with the Barbeque Sauce
Turn the oven to 500℉, and cook the Pork Back Ribs for another 10-15mins to help caramelize the Barbeque Sauce
