- 1 lb Ground Beef (greased)
- 1½ cup Instant Rice
- 1 can Tomato Juice (~540ml)
Preheat oven to 350℉
Spread the uncooked Ground Beef along the sides of the Baking Dish, leaving a hole in the middle
In the hole, add the Instant Rice
Pour the Tomato Juice over the Instant Rice
Mix the Tomato Juice into the rice
Cook at 350℉ for 1 hour
