Decided to try my hand at making a bit of Indian food, and this was a great first choice. A very simple recipe, yet so deliciously good and filling

- 400 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 2 Onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 can Diced Green Chili (~127ml)
- 8 Tomatoes (pureed)
- 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Heat in Canola Oil in the Large Pan
Add in the Butter, and allow it to melt
Saute the Onions until they are translucent
Mix in the Diced Green Chilies
Mix in the Garlic Paste and Ginger Paste and saute for about 1 min
Add in the Pureed Tomatoes and Tomato puree and saute for about 5 min
Mix in the Salt, Chili Powder, Cumin, Coriander, and allow to simmer for about 5 min, stirring as needed
Mix in the cream
Add the Panner cubes, mixing until they are well covered
Mix in the Dry Fenugreek Leaves and Garam Masala
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
