Lasagna Rolls

A simple lasagna-type recipe for when you don't feel like layering all the ingredients. Simple to make, and comes out perfect!

- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 475 g Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 4 Green Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 jar Pasta Sauce (~675 ml)
- 10 Lasagna Noodles (cooked)
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 375℉
In the Bowl, mix the Egg, Ricotta Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Green Onion and Italian Seasoning
Spread ½ cup of Pasta Sauce onto the bottom of the Baking Dish
Cover each noodle with about 3tbsp of the mixture and roll up
Place the rolls in the baking dish, seam side down
Cover the rolls with the remaining Pasta Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
Cover and bake at 375℉ for 40 min, then uncover and bake for another 10 min
