An easy to make spaghetti sauce. This can easily be made in a large batch and frozen into servings for eating later

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 443 ml Tomato Sauce
- 175 ml Tomato Paste
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tbsp White Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- Salt and Pepper
Season the Ground Beef with the Salt and Pepper, to taste
In the Pot, brown the Ground Beef and Onion, draining the fat
Add the Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Chili Pepper Flakes, Worcestershire Sauce and Sugar
Stir well, and bring to a boil
Add the Water
Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes
