  • 1 Pot (large)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 443 ml Tomato Sauce
  • 175 ml Tomato Paste
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the Ground Beef with the Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • In the Pot, brown the Ground Beef and Onion, draining the fat
  • Add the Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Chili Pepper Flakes, Worcestershire Sauce and Sugar
  • Stir well, and bring to a boil
  • Add the Water
  • Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes
