Chocolate Icing

Recently started to make my own icing, and will not be going back to store bought... This is so much better!

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl (large)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Cocoa
  • 5 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3-4 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • In the Large Bowl, whip the Butter and Cocoa together until smooth
  • Stir in the Vanilla and Icing Sugar
  • Slowly add the Milk until the icing reaches the desired consistency
  • Continue whipping for another minute or two, until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as you go
