  • 1 InstantPot

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Chicken Bouillon
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tbsp Adobo Sauce
  • 2 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In the large Bowl, mix the Chicken Bouillon, Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Soy Sauce, Mustard, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Clove, Liquid Smoke, Adobo Sauce and Chipotles
  • Place Chicken Breasts in InstantPot and cover with sauce
  • Ensure the InstantPot is set to Sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8min
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally
  • Shred the Chicken Breasts with forks and enjoy!
