Andre's Magic Sauce
This produces a tasty chocolate sauce that gets nice and hard on ice cream. Important to note, that you shouldn't store leftovers of this sauce in the fridge, and any future servings will require the sauce to be re-microwaved.
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (medium, microwave safe)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Add the Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil to the bowl
- Microware for 20 seconds at a time, mixing each time, until completely smooth and liquid
- Allow to cool for ~1min before pouring over ice cream
