
BBQ Pulled Chicken
A nice BBQ pulled chicken. Great on a sandwich, or on its own. Quick and easy to make in the InstantPot.
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (large)
- 1 InstantPot
Ingredients
- 4 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Chicken Bouillon
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- ⅓ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dry Mustard
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 2 tbsp Adobo Sauce
- 2 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In the large Bowl, mix the Chicken Bouillon, Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Soy Sauce, Mustard, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Clove, Liquid Smoke, Adobo Sauce and Chipotles
- Place Chicken Breasts in InstantPot and cover with sauce
- Ensure the InstantPot is set to Sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8min
- Allow the pressure to release naturally
- Shred the Chicken Breasts with forks and enjoy!
