
Lasagna Rolls
A simple lasagna-type recipe for when you don't feel like layering all the ingredients. Simple to make, and comes out perfect!
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (medium)
- 1 Baking Dish (13×9, greased)
Ingredients
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 475 g Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 4 Green Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 jar Pasta Sauce (~675 ml)
- 10 Lasagna Noodles (cooked)
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- In the Bowl, mix the Egg, Ricotta Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Green Onion and Italian Seasoning
- Spread ½ cup of Pasta Sauce onto the bottom of the Baking Dish
- Cover each noodle with about 3tbsp of the mixture and roll up
- Place the rolls in the baking dish, seam side down
- Cover the rolls with the remaining Pasta Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
- Cover and bake at 375℉ for 40 min, then uncover and bake for another 10 min
