A simple lasagna-type recipe for when you don't feel like layering all the ingredients. Simple to make, and comes out perfect!

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl (medium)
  • 1 Baking Dish (13×9, greased)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 475 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce (~675 ml)
  • 10 Lasagna Noodles (cooked)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • In the Bowl, mix the Egg, Ricotta Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Green Onion and Italian Seasoning
  • Spread ½ cup of Pasta Sauce onto the bottom of the Baking Dish
  • Cover each noodle with about 3tbsp of the mixture and roll up
  • Place the rolls in the baking dish, seam side down
  • Cover the rolls with the remaining Pasta Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
  • Cover and bake at 375℉ for 40 min, then uncover and bake for another 10 min
