
Salt and Pepper Ribs
My first crack at making homemade ribs, and it was much tastier and easier than I thought.
Equipment
- 2 Baking Sheets (lined with Aluminum foil)
Ingredients
- 5 lbs Pork Back Ribs
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275℉
- Season both sides of the Pork Back Ribs with the Salt and Pepper
- Wrap the ribs in Aluminum Foil, and place on the Aluminum Foil Lined Baking Sheets, meaty side up
- Cook for 2.5hrs, and ensure they are done by sticking a sharp knife in them. IF there is no resistance, they are good to go
- Remove the Pork Back Ribs from the Foil, and coat all sides with the Barbeque Sauce
- Turn the oven to 500℉, and cook the Pork Back Ribs for another 10-15mins to help caramelize the Barbeque Sauce
