
InstantPot Cowboy Soup
Another quick, easy and hearty winter soup that is enjoyed by all.
Equipment
- 1 InstantPot
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 2 cup Chicken Bouillon
- 14 oz Smoked Sausage (cut into ΒΌ" rounds)
- 2 Potatoes (cubed)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (~800ml)
- 1 can Pinto Beans (~430ml)
- 1 cup Corn (frozen)
- 1 can Diced Green Chili (~120ml)
- 1 can Green Beans (~430ml)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Turn InstantPot to Saute
- When it is Hot, add the Ground Beef and Onion and saute for approx 5 min
- Add the Chicken Bouillon, and scrape the bottom of the pot to ensure nothing is sticking
- Layer on the Sauage
- Layer on the Potatoes
- Layer on the Pinto Beans
- Layer on the Corn
- Layer on the Diced Green Chilies
- Layer on the Green Beans
- Sprinkle with the Cumin and Chili Powder
- Ensure that the InstantPot is set to Sealed, and set to Soup for 4 minutes
- Once done, allow to naturally vent for 10 minutes, then manually vent
- Stir and serve
