Easy to make, and yet so wonderfully delicious!

Equipment

  • 1 Stock Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Veal
  • 4 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Cloves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 Pie Shells (frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the stock pot
  • Simmer uncovered for 1½hrs, stirring occasionally
  • Let the mixture sit overnight and remove excess fat
  • Scoop the mixture into 4 Pie Shells
  • Use remaining 4 Pie Shells as top crust,, piecing with a fork

Notes

Once the pies have been assembled, put in the freezer until you are ready to eat them.
To prepare them, cook from frozen for 1hr at 400
