
Macaroni and Beef in Tomato Juice
A nice easy recipe for those nights that you just don’t feel like cooking.
Equipment
- 1 Baking Dish (8×8, deep, greased)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cup Macaroni
- 1 can Tomato Juice (~540ml)
- Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Mix the Ground Beef, Macaroni and Tomato Juice in the Baking Dish
- Cook at 350℉ for 1hr
- Add Cheese to the top, and cook until the cheese is melted (~5min)
