
Four-Cheese Angel Hair Pasta
A cheesy alternative to always having spaghetti. This is quick and easy to make, and tasty!
Equipment
- 1 Pot
- 1 Skillet (large)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 tbsp Butter (unsalted)
- 1 cup Half and Half Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Fontina Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese (grated)
- ½ cup Romano Cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In the Pot, cool the Angel Hair Pasta, until al dente, and save 1 cup of the pasta water
- In the Skillet, at medium-high heat, melt the Butter and combine with the Half and Half Cream
- Bring to a simmer, and add the Cheeses and season to taste with Pepper
- Reduce heat to low, and mix until well incorporated
- Drain the Pasta, and add half to the sauce mix, coating all stands
- Add the Parsley and remaining Pasta. If the sauce is too thick, thin with a spoonful of the pasta water
