
InstantPot Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
A tasty and quick way to make chicken thighs in the InstantPot.
Equipment
- 1 InstantPot
- 1 Bowl (medium)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs
- 1½ tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- ⅓ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ⅛ tsp White Sugar
Instructions
- Pat the Chicken Thighs dry, using a paper towel
- Set the InstantPot to Saute, and add the Olive Oil to the Instant Pot
- Sear the Chicken Thighs in the InstantPot, for about 2-3 minutes per side
- While the Chicken Thighs are searing, mix the remaining ingredients into the Bowl, to make the sauce
- Coat the Chicken Thighs in the sauce
- Cook for 5 minutes on High Pressure, ensuring that the valve is set to sealing
- Once done, use the quick release to release the pressure
