
Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Super soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. These are the best ones ever!
Equipment
- 2 Baking Sheets (lined with Parchment Paper)
- 1 Bowl (large)
- 1 Bowl (medium)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- In the Large Bowl, cream the Butter, Brown Sugar and White Sugar
- Beat in the Eggs and Vanilla
- In the Medium Bowl, combine the Flour, Baking Soda and Salt
- Gradually blend the Flour Mixture into the Butter mixture
- Stir in the Chocolate Chips
- Drop small spoon full sized balls of dough on to the Baking Sheets
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
