
Vanessa’s Mom’s Finger Cookies
A traditional Rymes cookie for the holidays. These are easy to make and delicious to eat!
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (medium)
- 2 Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 2¼ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1¼ cup Butter
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉
- In the Bowl, cream the Butter and Sugar
- Stir in Flour and Salt
- Shape into 1" balls, and roll into 2" cylinders
- Bake 12-15 min until the bottom is golden at 325℉
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the Chocolate Chips, 30 seconds at a time, mixing until smooth
- Once cooled, dip into melted Chocolate Chips
