Grandmaman always made these when I was young. We would have them in a bowl, dip our toast in the syrup and eat the peaches with a spoon…. Such wonderful memories!

  • 4 Jar (small)
  • 1 Pot (large)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 8 Cloves (whole)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the Peaches
  • Boil the Water and White Sugar in the Pot, until it thickens
  • Add the Peaches, and boil until tender, but not mushy
  • Add 2 Whole Cloves to each jar
  • Fill the jars with the Peaches
