My first crack at making homemade ribs, and it was much tastier and easier than I thought.

Equipment

  • 2 Baking Sheets (lined with Aluminum foil)

Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs Pork Back Ribs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Barbeque Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 275℉
  • Season both sides of the Pork Back Ribs with the Salt and Pepper
  • Wrap the ribs in Aluminum Foil, and place on the Aluminum Foil Lined Baking Sheets, meaty side up
  • Cook for 2.5hrs, and ensure they are done by sticking a sharp knife in them. IF there is no resistance, they are good to go
  • Remove the Pork Back Ribs from the Foil, and coat all sides with the Barbeque Sauce
  • Turn the oven to 500℉, and cook the Pork Back Ribs for another 10-15mins to help caramelize the Barbeque Sauce
