
Red Rice Casserole
Avery easy to make childhood staple. When I need something simple, this is a go-to.
Equipment
- 1 Baking Dish (8×8, deep)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (greased)
- 1½ cup Instant Rice
- 1 can Tomato Juice (~540ml)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Spread the uncooked Ground Beef along the sides of the Baking Dish, leaving a hole in the middle
- In the hole, add the Instant Rice
- Pour the Tomato Juice over the Instant Rice
- Mix the Tomato Juice into the rice
- Cook at 350℉ for 1 hour
