Equipment

  • 1 Baking Dish (8×8, deep)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (greased)
  • cup Instant Rice
  • 1 can Tomato Juice (~540ml)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Spread the uncooked Ground Beef along the sides of the Baking Dish, leaving a hole in the middle
  • In the hole, add the Instant Rice
  • Pour the Tomato Juice over the Instant Rice
  • Mix the Tomato Juice into the rice
  • Cook at 350℉ for 1 hour
