Equipment

  • 1 Skillet (large)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 cup Half and Half Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Fontina Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Gruyere Cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Romano Cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In the Pot, cool the Angel Hair Pasta, until al dente, and save 1 cup of the pasta water
  • In the Skillet, at medium-high heat, melt the Butter and combine with the Half and Half Cream
  • Bring to a simmer, and add the Cheeses and season to taste with Pepper
  • Reduce heat to low, and mix until well incorporated
  • Drain the Pasta, and add half to the sauce mix, coating all stands
  • Add the Parsley and remaining Pasta. If the sauce is too thick, thin with a spoonful of the pasta water
