An easy chicken recipe that although looks complicated, is quite easy to make. Definitely going to be adding this to the regular meal rotation.

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan (large, oven-proof)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (medium, thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • Sprinkle the Chicken Breasts with the Salt
  • Add Olive Oil to Fry Pan, and heat on the stove on medium-high heat
  • Cook the Chicken Breasts for about 4 minutes
  • Flips the Chicken Breasts and arrange the Lemon Slices around the Chicken Breasts
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, at 425℉
  • Transfer the Chicken Breasts to a platter
  • In the Fry Pan, add Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup and Butter, allowing the Butter to melt
  • Stir in Pepper and a pinch of salt
  • Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and serve
