
Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken
An easy chicken recipe that although looks complicated, is quite easy to make. Definitely going to be adding this to the regular meal rotation.
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan (large, oven-proof)
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon (medium, thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Butter (cut into pieces)
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉
- Sprinkle the Chicken Breasts with the Salt
- Add Olive Oil to Fry Pan, and heat on the stove on medium-high heat
- Cook the Chicken Breasts for about 4 minutes
- Flips the Chicken Breasts and arrange the Lemon Slices around the Chicken Breasts
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, at 425℉
- Transfer the Chicken Breasts to a platter
- In the Fry Pan, add Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup and Butter, allowing the Butter to melt
- Stir in Pepper and a pinch of salt
- Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and serve
