
Garlic Butter Meatballs
A tasty garlic meatball recipe that is easy to make. Serve with salad, and you have a great pasta meal
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan (large)
- 1 Bowl (large)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- ¼ tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 lb Pasta (linguini or spaghetti)
Instructions
- In the Bowl, mix the Ground Beef, 2 Garlic Cloves, Egg, Parmesan Cheese, Parlsey, Chili Pepper Flakes and season with the Salt and Pepper
- Form into tablespoon sized meatballs
- Heat the Fry Pan over Medium heat, add the Olive Oil and cook the meatballs until golden on all sides, approximately 10 minutes
- While the meatballs as cooking, cook the Pasta until just before done
- Transfer the Meatballs to a place, and wipe down the Fry Pan with a paper towel
- Melt the Butter into the Fry Pan, add in the rest of the Garlic, and cook for 1 minute
- Mix the Pasta into the Garlic Butter and add in the Lemon Juice
- Add the Meatballs back in and heat until warmed through
