
Bacon Omelet Roll
A nice twist on a regular omelet, and has bacon! Could be good for family gatherings
Equipment
- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Bowl (large)
Ingredients
- 8 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- ⅓ cup Flour
- 1 Red Pepper
- 4 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3 Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉
- Line the Baking Sheet with parchment paper, allowing it to extend over the shorter sides, and spray with Cooking Spray
- In the Bowl, beat the Eggs, Milk and Flour
- Stir in the Red Pepper, Bacon, Green Onion and Oregano
- Pour the mixture into the Baking Sheet
- Bake for 14-16 minutes
- Top with Shredded Cheese, and bake for 2 more minutes
- Roll up the omelet, starting at a short end, and peeling off the parchment paper as you roll
- Place on a platter, slice and serve with Salsa
