
Buffalo Chicken Thighs
Similar to Alli's Chicken Wings, but saucier and chicken thighs
Equipment
- 1 Pot (small)
- 1 Bowl (large)
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
Buffalo Sauce
- ⅔ cup Hot Sauce
- ½ cup Butter (cold and unsalted)
- 1½ tbsp White Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt (to taste)
Chicken Thighs
- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Instructions
Buffalo Sauce
- Combine the Hot Sauce, Butter, White Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder and Salt in the Pot
- Bring to a simmer, while stirring
- Remove from heat and set aside, stirring occasionally
Chicken Thigh
- Combine the Chicken Thighs, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion Powder, Oregano, Paprika and Pepper in the Bowl
- Add about 1/4 cup of the Buffalo sauce, and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes
- Add the Chicken Thighs to the Air Fryer, and cook at 400℉ for 10 minutes
- Flip the Chicken Thighs and cook for another 6 minutes
- Drizzle the Buffalo Sauce over the Chicken Thighs and serve
