Equipment

  • 1 Stock Pot (large)
  • 1 Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • cup Corn
  • 2 can Cannellini Beans (~400ml/can)
  • cup Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 can Diced Green Chili
  • tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper (add more for extra spice)
  • 1 tsp Cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In the Fry Pan, saute the Onion in Olive Oil
  • Add all ingredients to the Stock Pot, and cook until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally
