
Home Made Burgers
Hamburgers are a summer staple, and can be very easily made at home.
Equipment
- 1 Bowl (large)
Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the Bowl
- Split into 6 burgers, approximately ⅓lb each
- Cook on BBQ, at medium high heat, for about 15-20 minutes.
Notes
If desired, you can substitute a garlic clove for the garlic powder, and a chopped onion for the onion powder
