  • 1 Bowl (small)
  • 1 Bowl (large)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • ½ tbsp Ancho Chili Pepper
  • ½ tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ¾ tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Chili Powder
  • ¾ tsp Paprika
  • ¾ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Dry Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • In the Large Bowl, coat the Chicken Wings with the Canola Oil
  • In the Small Bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients
  • Sprinkle about ½-⅔ of the dry rub on the wings, and covering the wings evenly
  • Place the coated wings on a parchment paper lined Baking sheet, in a single layer
  • Cook at 400℉ for 45 minutes

Notes

  • The spiciness level can easily be adjusted by adding more or less of the spices
